The Budgeting Professionals Credentialing Board is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been awarded the Registered Reserve Consultant (RRC) credential.  The RRC credential is awarded only to individuals who have completed the required educational courses representing all three of the separate disciplines that comprise the reserve study process.  The reserve study process is a multi-disciplinary process that requires preparers to have knowledge in facilities maintenance, pricing and cost analysis, and financial modeling and reporting.  The RRC credential is the only credential that recognizes this multidisciplinary approach and requires proof of knowledge in all areas of the reserve study process for indivduals that perform reserve studies.  Through completion of the required training courses these individuals have demonstrated that they have knowledge in all basic areas of the reserve study process.  This training is superior to requirements of any other organization or credential in the reserve study arena.
